Blueberry Basil Sauce Instructions
Place all ingredients except the basil into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook uncovered for about 10 minutes until the sauce is thickened. Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the basil.
Serve your leftover sauce with goat cheese and crackers, smear a small bit on a turkey sandwich, or add a dollop to a mixed green salad with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
