Blueberries are great frozen and can be used in many baked goods and smoothies throughout the winter.  Often, people think that they need to wash, dry and freeze the berries on baking sheets before putting them into freezer bags.

We have a simpler solution: Our 5 and 10 pound boxes of blueberries are designed for the freezer!  No washing, drying and freezing ahead of time.  Just put the box of blueberries into the freezer once you bring it home from the market.  They will freeze up individually so that you will be able to pull a handful out at a time throughout the winter!
